ACV Herbal Rinse by RAW ROOT’s is an organic Applecider vinegar added with extract of 5 organic herbs that cleans hair and scalp and prevents and removes accumulations. The mixture of herbs and vinegar softens, strengthens the hair while neutralising the scalp’s pH. 

For all hair types. Also effective for sealing of hair color.

ACV Herbal Rinse key ingredients:

• Apple cider vinegar* - helps removes sebum and product buildup on hair shaft
• Peppermint* - cooling effect and stimulate the scalp
• Nettle* - Makes the hair strong and healthy
• Green Tea* - antioxidant, protects the hair
• Rosemary* - provide hair growth
• Yarrow* - astringent and regulating properties make it helpful for balancing oily skin, hair and scalp conditions

Here is a ACV rinse recipe:

- 3 tablespoons Herbal ACV rinse 1 litre/ jug of hot water.
- Pour the ACV rinse in the jug with hot water and stir.
- Bring the jug to your bath.
- Once you have washed your hair (with or without shampoo) pour ACV mixture out on scalp and dreadlocks and let sit for a minute while massaging the scalp.
- Then rinse well with water. (It smells quite strongly of vinegar but the smell disappears when the hair dry). If you do not like the smell of vinegar, you can add essential oils of your choice.

Here is an example of adding scent to your ACV Rinse: 3 drops of tea tree oil 5 drops of rosemary essential oil 5 drops of lavender essential oil. Add essential oils in the jug with water and ACV Herbal Rinse.

RAW ROOTs is a range of organic care products for dreadlocks. Some of these products are certainly also suitable for regular hair with low-poo methods (shampoo without residue), for taking care of dry hair (also for non-dreads) and for washing the body.

These high quality products are hand made by Lisa. She has work experience as a hairdresser and that has learned her a lot about hair and scalp. Furthermore she has followed some courses in herbalism and studied the healing properties of plants for medicinal applications and cosmetic use. 
She says that there are more then enough plants with advantages for hair and skin, and that it is way better to use these as ingrediënts instead of their synthetic, usually harmfull substitutes.
Lisa lives in the midst of nature in a self-built house made of recycled materials. That's where she produces her own handmade products.

Ze stelt dat er meer dan voldoende planten zijn met fantastische eigenschappen voor huid en haar, en dat we veel beter deze bestanddelen kunnen gebruiken dan hun synthetische, meestal schadelijke vervangers.
Lisa woont tenmidden van de natuur in een zelfgebouwd huis, gemaakt van gerecycleerde materialen. Daar maakt ze ook al haar producten.
